1. Do you accept Cash on Collection (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery or Collection. All orders must be paid in full via PayFast, PayPal, or Direct EFT before processing and shipment begins.

2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 business days nationwide. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within South Africa only. However, international orders can be arranged on request via email. Please contact us for a custom quote.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please review our Returns Policy for full details.

5. How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure payments via:

  • PayFast (South African cards and EFT)
  • PayPal (International)
  • Direct EFT (with proof of payment sent to iconiqapparel@outlook.com)

7. How will I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive a confirmation email after a successful order. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or email us to confirm.

8. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it moves immediately into processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check all details before finalizing.
