  • We accept payments via PayFast, PayPal, and Direct EFT.
  • Full payment is required before any order is processed.
  • Orders not paid within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.
  • Use your Order Number as the payment reference when paying by EFT.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery is estimated within 5–7 working days.
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or incorrect customer information.
  • IconiQ’ Apparel is not liable for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, style, or change of mind.
  • Refunds will only be granted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
