We encourage all customers to review the following before finalising their order:
a) Product Size
- Refer to the official sizing chart located on each product page.
- All items specify whether the fit is regular, oversized, cropped, or unisex.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect size selections, so measuring accurately is essential.
b) Colour Selection
- Make sure the selected colour from the dropdown menu matches your intended purchase.
- Images provided are for reference; slight differences in colour may occur based on screen brightness or display settings.
c) Quantity and Product Type
- Verify that the product, quantity, and style (e.g. hoodie, tee, cap) are all correctly selected.
- If the item comes in multiple designs or versions, double-check you’ve chosen the exact one.
d) Personal and Delivery Information
- Ensure your full name, delivery address (including postal code), contact number, and email are correctly entered.
- Incomplete or incorrect address details may result in delayed or failed delivery.
3. After You Order
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
- Processing begins immediately, and changes cannot be made once production has started.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
4. Payment Instructions and Verifications
We accept payments via:
- PayFast (South Africa)
- PayPal (International)
- Direct EFT (Electronic Bank Transfer)
For EFT Payments:
- Use your Order Number as the payment reference.
- Send your proof of payment to iconiqapparel@outlook.com immediately after payment.
- Orders with no proof of payment are cancelled after 48 hours.
Note: Your order will only be processed once payment reflects and is verified.
5. Preventable Order Errors
Below are the most common mistakes and how to avoid them:
a) Wrong Size Ordered
- Refer to the provided measurements, not assumptions.
- Oversized fits are intentionally loose; do not assume they match standard sizing.
b) Incorrect Colour or Style
- Check both your selection and the preview images before checkout.
c) Duplicate Orders
- If you experience a loading delay, do not refresh and re-click.
- Check your email or payment status before reordering.
d) Incorrect Address Details
- Double-check suburb names, unit numbers, and postal codes.
- Deliveries sent to wrong addresses due to customer error will not be refunded or re-shipped at our expense.
6. Processing and Delivery Timelines
- Processing begins once payment is cleared.
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
7. Our Store Policy
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size, colour, or change of mind.
- Refunds are only issued for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, as per our official Refund Policy.
