1. Overview
At IconiQ’ Apparel, we aim to deliver premium-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. As each item is carefully packaged and shipped after quality inspection, we uphold a firm and transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.
2. Returns
We do not accept exchanges, returns, or change-of-mind requests once an order has been processed and shipped. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.
If your item arrives in poor condition, you may request a refund under the conditions listed in Section 3.
3. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a clear error on our part.
The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Proof of damage or error (e.g., clear photos) must be emailed to iconiqapparel@outlook.com along with your Order Number.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We do not offer partial refunds for worn, washed, or altered garments.
IconiQ’ Apparel reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the evidence before approving any refund request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:
Items purchased on sale or discount
Items with size selection errors (please refer to size guides before ordering)
Gift cards, promotional giveaways, or custom merchandise
Items damaged due to negligence, incorrect washing, or misuse
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds are made for the product value only. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. Shipping for Returns (If Applicable)
If a return of the product is requested for inspection, it must be shipped to the return address provided in the refund approval email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
IconiQ’ Apparel is not liable for lost or untraceable returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
